  • After hours and on holidays, call 866.652.7143 if you have debit card problems

  • During business hours, we'll instantly issue you a new card on the spot

Let us know if you're traveling out of state

Before heading on vacation, let us know you’ll be traveling to ensure uninterrupted use of your debit or credit card.

Out-of-state or international purchases may be flagged as potential fraud and blocked until your authorization can be confirmed.

Card control services are available for your Arbor Financial credit and debit card in one convenient app.* 

  • Lock and unlock your card(s) for security

  • Set alerts on your card(s) and get notifications when it is used

  • Report your credit or debit card lost or stolen

    • If your credit card was previously registered in the Card Control App, you will automatically receive a new replacement digital credit card that can be added to your digital wallet. 
  • Set notifications and control limits for better security

  • Set-up travel notifications to ensure uninterrupted use of your card when out of town
